The products and services you are enabled through Ilinkhere are governed by the below terms of use. These terms are strictly followed by us, thus we hope to maintain perfect discipline amongst our customers.

The terms of use found below will be subjected to change without any previous notice and the terms will be activated from there onwards. Thus you agree to review these terms from time to time and your engagement with Ilinkhere means that you are bound by these terms of use.

Ilinkhere offers Voice over Internet Protocol (also known as VoIP, Voice over IP) enabled telephone service, including outbound calling, inbound phone numbers, and related telephony features. Service is offered on a prepaid basis. User accounts that are subject to a monthly service charge are automatically replenished through a charge billed to your credit card without further action by you. You hereby authorize such charges. Automatic Recharge takes place (i) on a monthly basis at the commencement of each monthly term and (ii) when the account balance is below the level set forth in the Calling Plan Details with respect to your particular calling plan. Ilinkhere provides the Service for full monthly terms only, beginning on the date that your account is first created.

You agree to abide by all the rules of Ilinkhere and promise to maintain a high discipline by following our prohibitions on transmitting fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation, any material or conduct that encourages unlawful activities through the website or indulging in services which provoke implicit behaviors. When found suspicious of any of the above conducts Ilinkhere may on its accord

•  Terminate or suspend your account or service

•  Forward the offensive material to the authorities concern thereby allowing any judicious move to be taken.

Your membership with Ilinkhere automatically enables us to make all our billings through you account/credit card. Your Ilinkhere account will rely completely on the validity and stability of your credit card.

Our hi-tech security systems prevents all the inconveniences caused by fraudulent credit cards, this may result in a delay in your funds being available from the time of registration. It can take up to forty-eight hours for you to enjoy the membership from the time of registration.

You hold the responsibility to safeguard your account and password prohibiting any fraudulent usage. You should be accountable for all actions made through your account. Incase of any misuse or if you feel that your account is being stolen you should inform Ilinkhere about the illegal act through mail. You agree to be responsible for payment of all charges on your account's detail report incurred as a result of the use of your Ilinkhere debit account, including but not limited to the use or misuse by an unauthorized third party, or any error, accidental use or loss. Your Ilinkhere account is beyond your reach after the date of expiry.

You agree that Ilinkhere, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Services or Materials, for any reason, or no reason at all Ilinkhere may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Materials, Services, or any parts thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services or Materials may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Ilinkhere may immediately deactivate or delete your account and/or bar any further access to the Services or Materials. Further, you agree that Ilinkhere shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Services or Materials.
