1.How am I charged for the service?
Customer will have to buy credit (dollars) from Ilinkhere and then will be enabled to make calls.
2.Can I make a non-credit card payment?
With Ilinkhere you can re-load your credit without a credit card using the following methods:

Please note the following
- Users registered to the Broadband Phone Service will only be able to add funds using a credit card.
- You will be able to sign up using a non credit card payment only when registering to the 'Per Minute Savings' or 'Per Minute Super Savings' calling plans. This means that when signing up for all other calling plans, you will need to insert your credit card information during the sign up process, but can then switch to non credit card payments for all subsequent charges.
3.Is my credit card secure?
We use industry-standard secure socket layers (SSL), which promise the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card information. The details if your credit cards are encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Thus you can relax as the purchase area of the site is fully monitored and secure.
4.What are the system requirements for pc-to-phone?
Pentium(3) 450MHz pc.
Minimum 64MB of RAM
Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP
Microphone and speakers, or head/handset
Widows compatible full duplex sound card.
Internet TCP/IP connection
Modem speed of 56Kbps (64Kbps recommended)

5.What equipments support Ilinkhere?
Following adaptors are amenable to Ilinkhere :

6.How can I check my call records?
Ilinkhere enables you to view call records online. You can access your call records through the member center and view particulars about the calls you made. The statistics will offer you information on the number the call was made to, the starting and end time of your call, the duration, the amount charged and the account balance .
7.Does Ilinkhere offer broadband numbers?
Currently we do not offer broadband numbers but wee hope to entice our customers with the above service in the near future. |
